Badge: a gold Maltese cross, enamelled white. Obverse: In the centre on a white ground, a red eagle displayed, crowned or, with the Hohenzollen arms on its breast, holding two green laurel branches. Reverse: Crowned cypher in gold on a white enamel plaque. Worn suspended from a white ribbon with two orange stripes.
