DE TOULOUZE ADMIRAL DE FCE.' Reverse: Three tritons in the sea blowing conch shells. Legend: 'AEQUORA TUTA SILENT.' (The waters are calm and safe.) Exergue: 'MARINE . 1725.' This presumably refers to peace with England.
