Counter commemorating a naval memorial. Obverse: A standing figure of a woman in a helmet, holding an axe, girt with a sword. Legend: 'STATUE DE LA MARINE.' Reverse: Inscription within an oak wreath tied with a bow. Inscription: 'FÊTE DE LA CONCORDE 21 MAI 1848.' This was erected in the Place de la Concorde.
