Boots
Pair of boots used on Nares' Arctic expedition 1875. Belonged to Lieutenant A A C Parr, HMS "Alert". Pair of boots. Leather soles and sides, attached with a strap across the instep. Canvas uppers and leggings closed by a drawstring below the knee. Hand sewn.
