Badge

A circular perforated gold badge in the form of a foul anchor within a ring surrounded by naval trophies. 'EARL HOWE' is inscribed above. From a second ring let into the stock of the anchor, are hung an inner ring and a flower. A loop for suspension is attached to the top of the item. The complicated moving parts would shake and glitter when the wearer moved, particularly if the badge was attached to a hat.
