Scale: Graduated bar scale at 1:48. A plan showing the body, inboard profile and longitudinal half-breadth of the Lowestoffe (1742) a 20 gun Sixth rate. The lower deck has been pierced for sweeps. An annotation at the top right hand side of the plan reads: 'The Sheerness Sheer the same as the Lowestoffe her Boady Simelar to the Old Sheerness only a little fuller at the harpin.'
