Reverse: Inscription (in thirteen lines), 'STRUCK IN HONOR OF ADMIRAL DUNCAN WHO DEFEATED THE DUTCH FLEET OCTOBER 11, 1797 AND IN IMMORTAL REMEMBRANCE OF THE BRAVE MEN WHO FELL IN THE ACTION.'
