Reverse: The vessel 'Nonsuch' starboard bow view. Legend: 'COMPAGNIE . DE . LA . BAIE . D'HUDSON.' Inscription: 'NONSUCH.' This medal designed by Mrs Dora de Pedery Hunt of Toronto and engraved by Canadian Artistic Dies Inc. Sherbrooke, Quebec. Approx. 48,000 examples like this one were struck for presentation to proprietors and staff on the occasion of the 300th anniversary, 2 May 1970.
