Legend: (above) 'SOCIETY OF COLONIAL WARS . NIL DESPERANDUM CHRISTO DUCE.'; (below) 'IN COMMEMORATION OF THE 150TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE CAPTURE . JUNE 17 . 1745.' Inscription: 'WARREN . PEPPERELL.' Reverse: View of the fortress and harbour with shipping. Legend: 'LUDOVICOBURGUM FUNDATUM ET MUNITUM.' Exergue: 'M.DCC.XX.'
