Masonic medal. Uniface. Globe and laurel surmounted by a foul anchor and a flaming grenade (Royal Marines Light Infantry). Name of lodge above. Inscription: 'GASTVRIJHEID NO 113'. 'FOUNDER'. Associated with RN Division interned in Holland. In fitted case of issue with a crimson and blue ribbon.
