Star. Obverse: Embroidered and sequined flaming star bearing a device of three gold crowns surrounded by a red enamel band with motto: "TRIA IUNCTA IN UNO", surrounded in turn by a green laurel wreath. "ICH DIEN" on scroll below. Reverse: Paper backing with maker's label in centre. Inscription on label: "LEWIS Gold Laceman, Embroiderer, Sword Cutler &c TO THE KING 33 St James's Street".
