One of a pair of tiles AAA4500-AAA4501, transfer-printed in reddish brown with a scene of the sailor's farewell after L. P. Boitard. A sailor embraced by a girl points to a warship in the background. In the middle distance, a group of crew members head for a boat. L. P. Boitard's 'Sailors Farewell' and 'Return' of 1744 is associated with Anson's Voyage around the world.
