Walker's "Excelsior" Speed variation indicator
Consists of a heavy brass casing containing an indicator dial, graduated in knots 0-10. A slotted outrigger arm 6.25" (15.9cm) long is attached to a spindle on top of instrument. A housing shoe is fitted to base.
