Mug
Mug, transfer-printed in purple with a portrait of Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805) and inscribed 'ADMIRAL LORD NELSON/England expects every Man to do his Duty'. The rim and square-moulded handle are hand-painted in blue. The image is based on the engraving by J. Chapman, published in December 1798 (see PAD3884).
