Contract for Galatea (1794), and Tartar (1801)
A 20 page contract for C (1794), a 32-gun Fifth Rate Frigate, between the Admiralty and Mr George Parsons of Bursledon in the County of Hampshire. Signed and dated 10 April 1793. The contract later appears to have been amended in red ink and used for Tartar (1801), a 32-gun Fifth Rate Frigate, built by Mr. Brindley.
