Elfin (1849)
Scale 1:48. A drawing of the paddle Royal yacht Elfin (1849), signed by Oliver W. Lang, Assistant Master Shipwright at Chatham Dockyard, and dated 4 August 1848. Showing sheer lines with bow and stern decoration, body plan and longitudinal half-breadth. With the inscription: 'Sheer drawing of Elfin Dispatch boat prepared in accordance with the direction of the Surveyor of the navy of the 2nd inst. H.G. Ward 23rd August 1848'.
