A half leather post-bound album containing 50 photographic prints, with captions, relating to HMS Vanguard (1944), as fitted in 1945-46. The prints cover the lower deck from the stem to bulkhead 178, and cover the following main areas:

1) Breaker Room numbers 1-8
2) Action Information Centre and Lobby
3) Port and Starboard Computer Rooms
4) Jet Cooling and Oil Purification plants

This is a continuation of Album 39 (ALB0039).
