A case on the right of impressing seamen by Michael Foster.

The Argument of Michael Foster Esq on the right of Impressing seamen into the Kings Service, this was due to Alexander Broadfoot indicted for the murder of Cornelius Calahana a sailor belonging to His Majesty's Service on 30 August 1743 and recorded in Bristol.
