An estimate for fitting out Tilbury Fort produced by Sir Bernard De Gomme (1620-1685), military engineer.

A row of houses next to the storekeepers house to the east side of the fort require several additions including locks and keys to the doors. The row of houses on the west side require several additions including tables, more keys and locks, bedsteads. Also a list of necessary repair is given for the gates, the pallissados, the two other pallisados, upon the dam including several other places.
