Two letters by Admiral Robert Blake to the Commissioners of the Navy. The first is on the subject of wages, written at Sheerness, 30 Dec 1652; and in the second he complains of the delay in the supply of stores and the defectiveness of the gun-powder. From the GEORGE off Cape Vincents, 6 July 1655.
