Plaque
An oblong, lustre wall plaque, transfer-printed with a view of 'HMS Northumberland' 1798 approaching land. She is wearing an ensign at the stern and a Union Flag at the main mast and men are furling sails on all the yards. 'NORTHUMBERLAND 74' is inscribed at the bottom of the transfer. The plaque has a deep border painted with pink lustre with the scrolled edges decorated with copper lustre. The plaque is provided with suspension holes and the maker's name is impressed on the reverse.
