Algiers (1854)

Scale 1:48. Plan shows the sheer lines, longitudinal half breadth and body plan for the Algiers (1854) a 91 gun second rate ship of the line. The drawings bears the signatures of John Edye [Assistant Surveyor of the Navy and designer 1832-1855], H. G. Ward [First Secretary of the Admiralty flourishing 1847], J. W. D Dundas [First Naval Lord of the Admiralty 1847-1852] and John Hay [Senior Clerk of the Admiralty 1847-1849]. This drawing is in need of conservation.
