Saucer
A white porcelain saucer with a slightly indented gilt rim, as used on the royal yachts. There is a thin blue line around the edge. The maker's mark is impressed on the base and the 1882 date letter. The retailer's name 'J. WHITMAN COWES' is printed on the base, inscribed on a garter badge with a queen's crown above. There are three similar items in the collections AA5472-AAA5474.
