Bowl

White porcelain bowl, with a gilt rim, transfer-printed in black with oval portraits of the Prince of Wales, later Edward VIII (1894-1972), in naval uniform and the Duke of York, later George VI (1895-1952). The plate is inscribed 'PRESIDENTS OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE EXHIBITION 1924 H.R.H. Prince of Wales. 1925 H.R.H. Duke of York'. On the other side of the rim, the lion symbol of the exhibition and 'WEMBLEY'.
