Scale 1:48. A plan showing the sail arrangement, body and longitudinal half-breadth of the sailing yacht 'America' (1851). A note on the plan indicates that the lines were taken off the vessel by Admiral Loring [Admiral (of the Blue) Sir John Wentworth Loring KCB KCH] at Portsmouth in 1852.
