Bourne Bridge, looking to the south.
A poor quality image. A view from Wherstead near the old Nova Scotia Yard on the River Orwell at Bourne Bridge, looking south towards the Ostrich Public House [now the Oyster Reach]. A horse with a man can be seen standing under the sign, and in the distance a cart is moving up Bourne Hill away from the river. The bridge can be seen on the right of the image.
