Album possibly relating to HMS Venus (1895)
        
        A general album which may relate to the service of HMS Venus. The album has 24 leaves and a broken spine. It was not acquired by the Department of Pictures but bought at an unknown date from Quick-Sales Antiques, High Street, Rochester together with manuscript items. 
It contains the following themes: HMS Victoria (1887) and a memorial to those lost in her on the 22 June 1893, theatricals, a field gun race, Berenguela (19th century Spanish Frigate).
