Illuminated Freedom scroll
An illuminated Freedom scroll with a wax seal from a freedom casket presented to Admiral of the Fleet Sir David Beatty, 1st Earl Beatty (1871-1936) by the City of Hull, 22 October 1920. A red wax seal and green ribbon are seperate from the scroll.
