A view along the shore with penguins in the foreground, South Georgia
Looking along the coast across a snow covered beach towards a high cliff. In the foreground penguins can be seen on the slope and snow field below. It is believed that this photograph was taken by Hurley on his return visit to South Georgia in 1917.
