Nova Totius Americae sive Novi Orbis Tabula, auct G. Blaeu

A large wall map, giving all the discoveries of the 15th century. Two insets - Arctic and Antarctic. Decorated with Spanish, English and Dutch fleets, also sea monster. Border of map is composed of sixteen divisions containing figures of Indians, with twelve views of cities in medallions and with columns of text in Latin. In cartouche are engraved portraits of Megellan, Drake, Cavendish and Van der Noor.
