Kingsale Harbour
Single sheet. Engraving, laid on modern backing sheet. Scale [circa 1:17,000 (bar)]. Bar scale in English miles. North is at 120 degrees. This is an ungraduated chart with a single compass radiate. Soundings and shoals are marked and the new and old forts are depicted. The title cartouche, containing a dedication to Sir Robert Southwell, has banners and armament and is flanked by putti (cherubs).
