This is a maroon card covered album with the spine missing, containing 24 photographs glued in and 3 loose photographs.
The album relates to able seaman James Crawley RN during service aboard HMS Lancaster in the Mediterranean in 1908 (letter correspondence from the donor gave circa. 1908-12 as the years A. B. James Crawley was serving on board HMS Lancaster [ie. 2 commissions]).

River Nile
