Document signed by William Blathwayte, Secretary at War [1683-1704], 1649-1717

The Privy Council appointed a Committee for the affairs of Ireland thinking that the merchant ships hired for this passage for transporting the two Regiments of foot to London Derry together with the Frigate intended for their convoy,do sail with all speed to Liverpool to embark these men.
A sufficient quantity of provisions for this passage to be put on board at Liverpool.
