This album contains newspaper cuttings and letters relating to Buckley’s promotions, duties and activities. Included are photographs of him as a Cadet, Midshipman, Lieutenant-Commander, Captain and Rear Admiral. Ships include HMS Hood, HMS Warspite, and HMS Shropshire. Buckley served in Hood from 1923-25, Warspite from 1927 and in Shropshire from1931.
