A port quarter view of a junk at Penang
A port quarter view, taken from fine off the stern, of a junk at anchor in Penang harbour. She is a three masted type and her lug sails are stowed fore and aft. The vessel has an highly decorated transom and a sampan and her boat are alongside aft. The photographer was at Penang 28 February to 7 March 1938. A vertical format negative.
