A box with carved decoration on the edges. At the centre of the lid is a metal disc with a profile image of Horatio Nelson and the inscription reads: HORATIO VISCOUNT NELSON. K. B. DUKE OF BRONTE. &. The metal plaque is surrounded by a carved laurel wreath design. Incised on the base of the box is the inscription: H.M.S. VICTORY.
