Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805)
Small gilt metal bust of Nelson mounted on a turned wooden stand. It forms a pair with one of Wellington (OBJ0522) presented in April 1924 to the Royal Naval Museum in the Royal Naval College, Greenwich, by a Mrs West from the collection of W. C. West, presumably her husband. The RN Museum collection was largely transferred to the NMM in 1936.
