Portrait plaque
Portrait plaque depicting Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). A paper relief plaque in imitation of jasper ware showing Nelson in uniform, facing left. It is cream coloured on a black painted background. The plaque is mounted in a oval wooden frame, glazed, with a suspension ring. Written under glass at the back: 'Lord Nelson given me by Mrs Pearson'.
