Portrait plaque
Portrait plaque depicting Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). An oval alabaster relief portrait of Nelson, shown in profile, facing left, in uniform. It has a gilt mount and a black, rectangular frame and is glazed. On the inner edge of the frame, is a gilt metal border of leaves and berries with crossed ribbon binding surmounted by a coronet.
