Handle plate commemorating Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). A circular plate with two holes for attachment screws. In the centre an embossed profile portrait of Nelson, not wearing a hat. Inscribed 'ENGLAND EXPECTS EVERY MAN TO DO HIS DUTY OCT XXI MDCCCV ADMIRAL NELSON'.
