Plaque
A brass plaque with a design in relief comprising war trophies (crossed guns, piles of shot, rammers and pennants) surmounted by a Cap of Liberty, with a foul anchor below. The design is within an ova,l which is superimposed on a square with a small flower flower design at each corner. There are no holes for attachment.
