Electroplated cream jug used on board P & O ships.
Plain baluster-shaped cream jug with a small circular foot and an angled square-section handle. One side is engraved with a 'P&O' monogram in rope pattern, and the Company's rising sun crest. No. 18872 may indicate an 1884 registered design.
