Sugar/salt sifter: Union Castle Line

A stainless steel salt/sugar sifter that was part of the tourist place setting on Union Castle Line ships. It consists of a sifter with a pierced top that can be refilled from the base. Engraved on the side of the sifter are the words "BRITISH & COMMONWEALTH".
