Paper weight made from H.M.S. 'Victory'

Paper weight with a circular turned wooden base (weighted). On the base are three miniature metal cannon and a small pile of shot. A brass plaque on the base is inscribed; 'Victory 1765 1805 1903'. On a paper label on the bottom: For HRH the Prince of Wales with Sir John Fisher''s respectful duty a memento of the Victory made from wood and metal taken from her when under repair 1903.'
