Two casts, obverse and reverse, of a French jeton, 1634. Obverse: Bust of Richelieu, badge of Order of Saint Esprit round neck. Legend: 'ARMAND IOAN . CAR DVX DE RICHELIEV.' Reverse: The Argo with the golden fleece at her masthead, sailing and rowing towards a fort. Legend: 'AVSPICIIS . IAM . PLVRA . TVIS' (Now under thy auspices more [shall be achieved]' Exergue: '1634'.
