Reverse: Map of the Netherlands with fleets engaged. Inscribed: 'OVDE TONGE NIEV VOSMAER and ORANGIEN VOSMAER, PHILIPS LANT'. Below on a cartouche: 'A . VANDER . WILGE'. Exergue: 'GOD . WAS . ZYN . VOLCK . DE . 13 DN . SEPTEMBER . GEDAGHTIGH EN . BRACHT . TOT . NIET . TVTYANS VLOOT . OVER . DESEILEN 80 .1631'.(God remembered his people on September 13 and destroyed the enemy's fleet of more than eighty sail).
