A double-sided cast of an oval commemorative medal. Obverse: Bust of Charles Gustavus Wrangel, Royal Chancellor and Senator, Field Marshall. Legend: 'CAR . GVST .V RANGEL SAC[ELLARIVS] . REG[IVS] . REGNIQ . SVEC . SENAT . ET . CAMP . MAR.' Reverse: Hand out of a cloud resting on the Wrangel shield, holds up a sword wreathed with laurel and supporting on its point the Royal Crown behind which "Jehovah" in Hebrew letters shedding rays. Legend: 'NON EST MORTALE QVOD OPTO'.
