In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The NORWICH, PRINCE OF ORANGE, FRIENDLY SOCIETY, and OWNERS LOVE FIRST being designed Convoys to Virginia, and the CROWN and ROCHESTER to Portugal, the former of which are ordered to be victualled for six months and the other for four, and the NORWICH and PRINCE OF ORANGE being daily expected in the Downs, where the FRIENDLY SOCIETY is, and the OWNERS LOVE at Portsmouth, the CROWN in the Downs, and the ROCHESTER at the Nore, we direct you to give Orders for the immediate completion of of the victualling of these Ships, so that they may proceed to Sea with the full Proportions ordered for their voyages, those Ships already in the Downs and ordered there to be victualled from Dover, the OWNERS LOVE at Portsmouth, and the ROCHESTER from London
