In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

As requested by your letter to our Secretary yesterday we are sending a enclosed a Warrant for impresting Shipwrights and Caulkers for the Deptford yard, and inform you that the Persons employed in pressing are to take notice that this should not be done as heretofore but in the same manner as Seamen for their Majesties' Fleet are imprest, viz; by giving each Man that is fully qualified for that Service a shilling and carrying him immediately to work at Deptford.
You are to give us the name of the Officer you empower to execute the Warrant in order to insert it in the Books of this Office.
