I have received your Estimate of the Charge of building two new 4th rate Ships of 50 Guns each, which being confirmed by the Admiralty Commissioners I return to you. Captain Cotton of the ROE Ketch has informed of his difficulty in getting the Provisions ordered for her at Newcastle. I am commanded to send you an extract of his letter for you to give such Orders as you think required. I also let you know that their Lordships do not expect you attending here before eleven of the Clock in the forenoon.
